Scott was great! Had a small water emergency (my mistake) - called Scott for some advice, he was a GREAT help, had the parts I needed on hand (MUCH BETTER than what you can get at Home Depot / Lowes) - Met with me in under an hour and was very helpful with tips and offer to help further. I have no doubt that he would do great work if needed.
